Rob is a tenured title insurance executive with 25 years of experience in building, turning around, and scaling phenomenally successful title operations.
Rob Law began his career with First American Title in 1992 as a property research specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. He subsequently held positions in customer service and as a sales representative in Maricopa County. In 1998, he joined the company’s Tucson office and was named sales manager for the Pima County operation. Rob, a prolific leader, was instrumental in helping to increase market share by 3 percentage points in 2 years.
In 2000, Rob relocated to Hawaii to accept a position as president of the First American’s Hawaii operation. He was tasked with completing First American’s acquisition of the Long & Melone title agency. In dire financial straits prior to Rob’s arrival in 2000, the combined operation became very profitable within a year under his management. Rob returned to Phoenix in 2002 when he was named by First American as Southwest Region Sales Manager and Escrow Operations Manager. In 2003 Rob was promoted to Vice President and Maricopa County Manager. Over the next five years, Rob and his team in Maricopa County shattered every revenue and profitability record in the First American system nationwide. Maricopa County was the most profitable county nationwide for First American in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2007, Rob was asked to take the role of Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for a 13-state super-region created by First American’s new national leadership team. In October of 2008, Rob was asked by First American to take over the Nevada operation with a focus on one of the “hardest hit” real estate markets in the country, Las Vegas. Similar to every other operation under his domain, Rob was able to turn around the Las Vegas operation under his management.
In July of 2015, Rob joined Reliant Title as its President and has continued to build and grow Reliant Title year over year with records numbers in Nevada and Arizona.
